Want to volunteer with Vista PEAK Exploratory?

Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, all volunteers will be processed through the APS Security office. Follow the steps below found on this link.

Volunteer/Partner Screening and Badge Request Form:

Volunteer & Partner Screening and Badge Request Form 2021-2022Please complete this form to begin the process of having the Department of Safety and Security run a background check that will be used to designate eligibility for the 2021-2022 school year. A copy of your ID and a current picture is also required and must be submitted at the school/site where you will be performing work. NOTE: After you submit this form, the confirmation screen will show a link to Sterling Volunteers and a Good Deed Code you must use in order for us to be charged for the cost of the background check. You MUST complete the background check to complete this process. COVID Vaccine Requirement: APS has a mandatory vaccination requirement that applies to Volunteers and Partners working in all APS sites. Proof of vaccination must be presented to school staff at the time the Volunteer/Partner is confirmed to perform work. Badges will be printed after background check results are reviewed and approved to make you eligible, and after it is confirmed by the school that they are approving you as a volunteer for the current school year. All badges will be sent to an APS site for pick-up; no exceptions. DUG GARDENERS: Some of the information above does not apply to you. Please follow the instructions provided by your sites' DUG Garden Leader.
